Shipping & Returns
All orders $50 and up are delivered in the United States are shipped free*
Everything is shipped USPS Priority Mail and you will receive you package in 2-3 business days in the US. You can track your package at www.usps.com. We also ship to Post Office boxes.
All back orders will be shipped with no additional shipping fee.
International shipping will be based on the weight of your package. After placing the order we will email you the additional cost of shipping your package prior to charging your credit card. Most international orders will be received with in 7-10 days.
We are not responsible for the customs fees or taxes of each individual country. Some countries may hold your package in Customs for up to 30 days. We cannot track your package until after 30 days from the date your package was shipped.
You may return your purchase or purchases to us for an exchange or refund within 15 days of delivery. Refunds for returned items that are not defective or damaged do not include shipping cost. There is a 15% restocking fee for all products which are not considered defective or damaged. Damaged or defective products will be replaced at no additional charge including shipping. We do not refund or exchange hair tools (blow dryers, curling irons, etc.) because they are under warranty from the manufacturer.
Refunds will be issued to the original credit card that was used to make the purchase.
All backorders will be shipped as soon as products are available. Your credit card will not be charged for the backordered items until the products are shipped. No additional shipping fees will be charged in the United States.
